Individual EMDR Therapy
EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is an eight phase model aimed at integrating difficult memories so they are stored in an adaptive way. I prefer this model because of how it has helped me personally and professionally with my clients. I was trained in an EMDR model that is informed by somatics and attachment. I incorporate parts work and am IFS informed.
50 minute initial session: $200
50 minute therapy session: $150
I accept United Health Care, Cigna, Aetna & Carelon Behavioral Health.
EMDR Intensives
This service is an option to dive in deeper for a longer session to progress more quickly than weekly therapy. We meet for an extended period of time to focus on 1-2 goals. This is a great option if a weekly therapy schedule is difficult to maintain due to travel, work, childcare. Also a helpful adjunctive option for people who are in weekly therapy and stuck in an area. An intensive includes a 2 hour initial intake session, a workbook curated for your goals, a 3 or 6 hour intensive and a 1 hour follow up check in session 2-4 weeks later.
1 day: $1,100, 2 day: $1,650 or 3 day $2,220
Group Support
Group support can be so helpful in reminding you are not alone and others can relate. It’s an opportunity to hear from others, learn from them and take up space to share your story or ask for what you need. It is a space to laugh and cry. I have been leading groups since my internship in 2014 and love witnessing the magic of a group coming together. Contact me to express group interest so I can add you to a waitlist.
50 minute group session: $60
Teaching
I enjoy teaching and guiding conversations on topics related to religious trauma and toddler parenting. Before becoming a therapist, in addition to ministry, I traveled for 6 years as a presenter with Campus Outreach Services and spoke at schools and colleges on digital safety, body image and consent. I am most interested in speaking to places of worship, parents and community groups.
1 hour speaking fee: $200
