Let’s rediscover your energy, creativity, confidence & joy

Motherhood changes everything-
The physical, mental, emotional, social, financial, occupational and spiritual.
Let’s
grieve and imagine together.

My clients struggle just like you. Despite being resilient, hard working and thoughtful, mom life is hard.

When they first come in, they feel overwhelmed and insecure. They are disconnected from other adults. They are overstimulated and touched out. They no longer have a sense of who they are or what they want.

They ask questions like:
-Will it always be this hard?
-What’s wrong with me?
-How am I supposed to make everything work?
-Can I parent differently than I was parented?

They are struggling with boundaries and deal with constant anxiety. They could be experiencing a range of emotions; anger, sadness, resentment, confusion, regret.

They whisper towards me:
-Part of me regrets having kids
-I have no desire to have sex with my partner
-I’m having memories from when I was a kid
-I have not told anyone how hard this is for me
-I don’t know how to turn my mind off

There is hope because this can be different for you.
Let’s find your confidence and joy again.
I’d love to connect.

Let’s reclaim your importance together
